What your estimate includes

Each monthly estimate includes card processing plus the displayed recurring software and account fees. EasyEats also includes its platform charge on the modeled sales; all entered sales are assumed to be card-present.

Provider pricing

Square Plus, Shopify Basic and EasyEats pricing checked October 1, 2026.

  • Square Plus is $49/location/month.

  • Shopify Basic is modeled at $39/month with monthly billing; $29/month requires annual billing.

  • EasyEats Pay As You Go + Fiserv combines a 0.95% platform charge on total transaction volume, 2.65% card-present processing and a $10 monthly account fee.

    EasyEats also offers a $90/month annual-contract platform plan and other processors; those alternatives are not modeled.

Assumptions and exclusions

Estimates are illustrative. Other provider assumptions retain their August 15, 2026 review date. Hardware, cellular costs, and optional add-ons are excluded.

This calculator assumes all entered sales are card-present; cash-sales platform fees are not modeled.

  • Shift4 Dine (formerly SkyTab) is a published-base estimate for new customers using its advertised standard processing and base bundle prices; its merchant agreement has a 30-month initial term and early-termination provisions, while contract-dependent annual, regulatory, debit, pass-through, and device fees are excluded.

  • The public Dripos pricing page lists its Core Product at $160 per month but does not state whether that price applies per location or what contract terms apply.

  • Avocado POS advertises no monthly or merchant fees, but its public site does not list a numeric card-present rate or explain how payment costs affect a merchant quote, so it is unranked without an estimated total.

  • Fuego Starter is unranked because its "From" total covers processing only, using an advertised starting rate rather than a guaranteed quote. Fuego publishes "$0 to start," not a recurring Starter software price. Fuego states there are no yearly contracts and customers pay month to month or per transaction, though hardware financing may run 24 months.

  • Modisoft Starter requires Paycue merchant services and a 2-year term; an early termination fee will apply if the contract ends early.

Actual fees vary by provider, card type, country, taxes, adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, tips, contracts, and payment method. TABL does not set Stripe processing rates.
